Fishing on ROST island, 2019

Just a week ago the Fishleader team and our friends, captains of Weldcraft boats, returned from an annual expedition to Norway. This time we chose the archipelago of ROST island which is located deeply in the sea in 46 km from Moskenes — the endpoint of the Lofoten Islands whith you can reach by car!!!

Breathtaking landscapes of the Norwegian nature, local colorful small villages with bright red fishing lodges-rorbu, the purest seawater and excellent sea fishing — that’s why we come back here again and again.

In this season the Scandinavian gods were supportive to us and the famous halibut fishing was successful! Our record is 55-kilo halibut! Besides, we caught – 17.5 kilo Molva and 16.8 kilo Cod.
